At Peria Masakan Negeri Sembilan, we bring the heart of Negeri Sembilan’s traditional cuisine to the city. Inspired by the cherished recipes of our grandmothers, we serve authentic Masakan Negeri Sembilan, just like it’s made back home. Every dish is crafted with love, from our daging salai (smoked meat) to our fiery bird’s eye chili, freshly grown right behind our restaurant.

Our goal is simple: to offer urban food lovers a genuine taste of masakan kampung that takes them back to their roots, no matter how far they are from home. With each bite, we aim to reconnect you with the flavors of Negeri Sembilan.

Daging Salai Lemak Cili Api
Our signature dish, daging salai, is made using tender smoked meat, simmered in a rich coconut milk broth spiced with freshly harvested cili api (bird’s eye chili) from our garden. It’s a perfect balance of smoky, creamy, and fiery flavors that are true to Negeri Sembilan’s culinary roots.

Rendang Negeri Sembilan
A bold and flavorful take on the classic rendang, slow-cooked to perfection with aromatic spices and herbs, delivering a deep, hearty flavor that’s sure to satisfy.

Masak Lemak Cili Api
Known for its iconic spiciness, our masak lemak dishes use freshly ground cili api to create a vibrant, fragrant sauce, blended with the richness of coconut milk and local vegetables or meat.

Peria Goreng Telur
This simple yet flavorful dish combines the slight bitterness of peria (bitter gourd) with the richness of scrambled eggs.
